Brad Hassell is a former professional footballer who played for Adelaide City and Perth Glory, winning the A-League (previously NSL) on three occasions. Brad also represented Australia at both U23 and Schoolboy level.

Upon retiring from playing, Brad began his full-time coaching journey in 2010, taking up the position of Skill Acquisition Trainer at Football Australia. This role established Skill Acquisition Programs (SAP) for talented boys and girls across Perth, with many of these players now involved at professional clubs, both locally and abroad.

 

Additionally, Brad has contributed to the development of young players more recently through his roles with Football West and Perth Glory. Currently he is employed as a full-time coach with Borussia Dortmund Official Partner - Lake Joondalup Baptist College.

After dedicating many years to his professional advancement, Brad is currently recognised by Football Australia as an ‘A’ Licence Coach and is the only accredited Skill Acquisition Specialist in WA.
